“Karma is the complete absence of presence.” ~ Eckhart Tolle

Many years ago, I first came across the word Karma being used in a context of well-deserved divine punishment, such as an eye for an eye kind of justice. My inner guidance promptly gave me the red lights, within me there was no recognition of truth.  

Knowing about some of my past lives only supported my inner guidance’s response. I came to understand that our unresolved issues, may they be from our current life or from pasts ones, are an energetic baggage that keeps similar experiences happening in our lives. We keep finding ourselves experiencing similar energetic situations as those from the past. How can it be any different? It can’t. An energy carried within cannot give rise to two different experiences. This is Karma my heart whispered, the dense energy that we carry.

I prayed for understanding and help came.

The first guidance that came was from Almine, a spiritual teacher I used to listen to many years ago. From her I understood that Karma is dense energy that binds us to the world of form, it is neither good nor bad, it is an attachment that keeps us bound to the earth plane where energies are more dense. My heart felt the truth shinning through her words.  

Much more recently I came across a YouTube video (below) from the great spiritual teacher Eckhart Tolle that touched my heart deeper still for it spoke directly to my soul.

In Eckhart Tolle words, karma is the complete absence of presence. Karma repeats itself like a wheel. It is our arising presence, as Eckhart so lovingly explains, that frees us from Karma.

I felt my soul whispering to my heart the word truth. Awakening to who we are, children of the divine, and living accordingly, that is travelling light.

Freeing ourselves from Karma can happen in one single moment and it can happen to anyone, anywhere, anytime.

Beloved kindred spirits, let us get out of the spinning wheel of karma in all areas of our lives, let us get those stagnant energies moving.
