About Me

“If you feel lost, disappointed, hesitant, or weak, return to yourself, to who you are, here and now and when you get there, you will discover yourself, like a lotus flower in full bloom, even in a muddy pond, beautiful and strong.” – Masaru Emoto – Photo taken by my husband

Every day a new adventure begins with new discoveries to be made, new opportunities and new perspectives are born. My life has been an adventure. Joy and tears have mix in a delightful harmony that slowly resulted in an awakening to the gifts every situation holds.

Slowly, through the years, I came to realize the truth that the world we perceive is but a mirror of our inner world. In this lovely reflection we can heal ourselves and compassionately understand, respect, and welcome all other beings.

I have lived in three different countries and I loved each one. In spite of the many different ways of living I came to see that people are very much the same. Kindness and beauty are found everywhere and in every heart.

I live with my husband and until just recently we were blessed by the lovely presence of our sweet Zen master Chicky, a cute moggy with a huge heart. When Chicky passed away on the 5th of February 2019, I fell apart, he was the son of my heart. At the time my husband gave me a great gift that he knew I had been wishing for a while, a three therapy sessions with one of the therapist from The Four Winds. Karen Honza changed my life and changed me. With her I also found out that the Cat Spiritual Guide is my animal totem. Since them I have been able to channel short messages from Cat-Consciousness. Those short messages have been a blessing and have helped me immensely. I share those here, in this space.

When I look back at my life I am filled with amazement at how much I have changed. Sometimes I can’t even recognise the person I was in my past. Inner work and dedication have been my journey for a while. Great Spirit has been guiding me with a powerful hand of love that I can’t but notice. Synchronicities keep guiding my steps beautifully and lovingly. This divine guidance happens to us all if we only take time to notice the discreet quiet voice within us and the signs all around us.

When I seat at my laptop to write, I like to imagine myself sitting with a lotus flower, my favourite flower, and have a conversation about whatever the new day has brought to my attention.

Professionally I am qualified as a Reiki Master Teacher and I have a PhD in Chemistry. Neither of those I practice at present. I have come to understand these two paths were essential for my spiritual journey and to met some fantastic people.

Many blessings
